UX RESEARCH: Uncovering Communication Pain Points

Role: Role: Communication and UX Analyst (Diagnosis Lead)
Challenge: IT/Infra sector communication was viewed by internal stakeholders as being slow and ineffective. This issue led to operational problems and had a negative impact on results.
Solution: Comprehensive, evidence-based diagnosis with more than 30 strategic and tactical improvement proposals and an implementation plan prioritized by impact and feasibility.
